James Russell lectures widely for The Arts Society, as well as for arts festivals and cultural organisations across the UK. The talks outlined below can be combined or extended into a full Study Day. Feel free to get in touch to discuss what would work best for your group.
James has brought his lectures to some of the country's most respected institutions, including the V&A, Dulwich Picture Gallery, Pallant House, Towner, the Royal Watercolour Society, Hastings Contemporary, Leeds Art Gallery, the National Maritime Museum, Nottingham Contemporary, RWA Bristol, and Hatchards, as well as major festivals such as Blenheim Literature Festival, Ways with Words, and Canterbury Festival, and organisations including The Art Fund and Salisbury Museum.
He's sometimes available at short notice, so if you have a last-minute cancellation, do get in touch as he may well be able to step in.
